The Heritage Series HERESY II three-way loudspeaker delivers an exceptionally "big" sound filled with the moving emotional elements that make your music such an important part of your life. The efficient high frequency and midrange horn drivers as well as the reliable 12-inch bass woofer work together to create a very smooth low distortion dynamic sound.

The HERESY II has smooth frequency response, low distortion and high sensitivity to give you breath-taking dynamic range.  High frequency horn/driver tweeter assembly handles more power, delivers wider band-width, and gives you smoother response.  High frequencies sparkle with clarity.  You'll feel as if you can touch the music while it is touching you.

All components of the Heresy II are mounted to the front of the cabinet face. This eliminates the possibility of any defraction of sound by the cabinet and results in wide dispersion, smooth polar response, and a better stereo image.

Many tests have proven that midrange frequencies are the most critical to the enjoyment of music. For the important midrange area, Klipsch engineers developed a special compression driver/horn assembly for rugged power handling capability, wide dynamic range and exceptionally smooth response.  This midrange driver assists the Heresy II in delivering a most accurate, three dimensional stereo image.

The Heresy II's clean tight bass response is provided by a Klipsch 12" woofer operating in a sealed enclosure. Klipsch engineers relied on proven principles combined with innovative technology to develop this woofer which is unparalleled for reliability.

The input panel of the Heresy II is built in conjunction with the crossover network of the system. Incoming electrical information is immediately sent to the proper driver. This input panel is placed low on the rear of the cabinet to eliminate unsightly, dangling speaker wires.

Special foam inside the cabinet minimizes internal sound reflections and results in smoother frequency response.

Optional riser bases

With this speaker, you can choose a riser base that keeps the system parallel to the floor or one that "slants" the system upward. This allows you to more accurately direct the sound at the listening area and minimizes the loss of the critical high frequencies.
